Established in 2022Think Beach launched within the College of Education (November 2022) and matched six Beach Scholars in Long Beach Unified School District’s Adult Community Transition Program with six CSULB students in the undergraduate and graduate programs. These mentor-mentee dyads meet up for mentoring sessions and attend weekly workshops on campus together on topics such as hygiene, cooking and managing healthy friendships.

Our GoalIncorporate "messy inclusion" with the intent of furthering Think College's initiative of making post-secondary education accessible to students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
